Privacy Choices

Use these controls to manage account and voice data. The current Privacy Policy explains how Soothe Love handles personal data.

Access or export your data

On the website, open Account and choose Download my data. The export includes account metadata and Source Recordings managed by the account. Generated Narration is licensed content and is not part of the personal-data export.

Correct information

Update editable account information in the service or email [email protected] with the correction you need.

Delete voice data

Open Account and choose Delete voice data. This permanently deletes Source Recordings, Voice Profiles, previews, and Generated Narration from the active service, withdraws voice consent, and stops new generation until an adult records and consents again.

Delete your account

In the iOS app, open Account and choose Delete Account. Review the confirmation carefully before submitting the request.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the account email address.

Voice-owner requests

Each adult voice owner may withdraw their own consent or ask about their own Source Recording by emailing [email protected]. One adult cannot authorize another adult’s voice.

Notifications

You can turn push notifications off or on in iOS Settings. Notification text is generic and does not name a voice owner, story, or child.
