Record 25–40 seconds in a quiet room. Use the phone’s built-in microphone, turn off music/video and disconnect Bluetooth audio, speak steadily, avoid long pauses, then listen back. If it sounds choppy, warbly, or has gaps, record again.
Choose the language you speak most comfortably. This only changes the recording prompt; stories remain available in English or Mandarin.
Before recording:

- Move to a quiet room
- Keep the browser in the foreground
- Play the full recording back
Tell it like a conversation: let the question sound curious, say “I am ready!” as a confident statement, build suspense through the countdown, brighten for “Look!” and “Wow,” then soften the good-night ending.
