Voice Consent

Each adult accepts this once for their own Voice Profile. We ask again only after a material change.
What you authorize
You confirm that you are at least 18, the Source Recording contains your own voice, and you authorize Soothe Love to create a reusable Voice Profile and Generated Narration requested through this account. A second adult must be present and make these confirmations for their own recording.
You give Soothe Love permission to process your Source Recording and Voice Profile only for generation, quality checks, customer support, security, and legal compliance. You understand the synthetic output may sound like you saying words you did not personally record.
What stays yours
You own the Source Recording and keep all rights in your voice and identity. Soothe Love does not gain the right to use your voice in advertising or endorsements. Ownership and permitted family use of Generated Narration are explained in the Terms.
What we will not do
We will not accept a child’s voice or any adult voice without that person’s direct authorization. We will never sell, rent, give away, or use raw voice data for advertising, and we will never use Source Recordings, Voice Profiles, or Generated Narration to train or fine-tune a model.
Human access and deletion
Authorized personnel may access the minimum data needed for the purposes above, with an audited reason. You may delete voice data at any time. Deletion withdraws this consent and stops future generation; restricted backups expire within the period stated in the Privacy Policy.
