Voice Consent Disclosure

By accepting these statements once at the account level, you authorize SootheLove to create a reusable private synthetic voice profile and requested narration from your recording. A new consent is required when this disclosure is materially updated.
What you confirm
- You are at least 18 years old.
- The recording is your own voice—not a child’s or another person’s voice.
- You understand the output is synthetic and may sound like you saying words you did not personally record.
- You authorize SootheLove and its private generation worker to store and process the recording solely to provide your requested narration.
Limits
This consent does not transfer ownership of your voice or permit public endorsements or advertising. SootheLove never sells, rents, or resells voice data and never uses voice recordings, derived profiles, or generated narration to train or fine-tune any model.
Limited operational access
Authorized personnel may access the minimum voice data needed for support, quality assurance, safety, abuse investigation, or technical triage. Access is audited with the operator, reason, object, and timestamp.
Withdrawal and deletion
Deleting all voice data withdraws active consent and blocks new generation until you accept the current disclosure and record again. Withdrawal does not change processing already completed before the request or copies another person saved outside SootheLove.
